Glad to be back…

We were away for the last few weeks and our apology for not as close in touch as we should have been. While our beloved dog seemed to be more melancholic during our absence, the truth was that we also missed everybody!!!

We are back now and the good news is that we have just replenished some of your favourite items such as the 2010 Ch. Pesquie Quintessence (WA95 at HK$210), the 2010 Leoville Poyferre (RP98 and now at the better price HK$990) and the 2014 Belle Pente Estate Reserve Pinot Noir (JR95 at HK$450).

There are also exciting new stuffs coming in:

2006 Louis Roederer Cristal (WA95) at HK$1,500/bottle – A Champagne for the connoisseur and a great gift fit for any occasion.

2000 Pavie Macquin (RP95+) at HK$900/bottle – A great Bordeaux vintage for a wine of great density, with loads of black fruits, crushed rock and minerality.

2009 Delas Freres Sainte Epine (WA96) at HK$400 /bottle – A blockbuster from the Rhone Valley offering sensational notes of black raspberry, licorice, smoked meats, olives and graphite. Possibly the greatest red from St. Joseph?

2010 Santa Duc Gigondas Cuvee 66 (RP96) at HK$380/ bottle – Grenache from the Rhone Valley with such richness, loads of black fruits and supple tannins. This one should drink well for another 15 years.

2012 Vincent Paris Cornas Granit 60 (WA95) at HK$350/bottle – Only 5,000 bottles produced for this sensational wine from the Rhone Valley, it is full bodied with a good nose of black raspberry, crushed rock and violets.

2011 Garrafeira Quinta da Falorca Old Vines (WA95) at HK$350/bottle – Our first attempt to introduce something from Portugal…this one is elegant and almost gives a Burgundy feel. Silky and beautifully structured, it has a bit of earth and stones to go with the fruits and oak.

Last but not least, the great white wine Guigal Condrieu la Doraine from the Rhone valley for which we were so intrigued by its 2015 vintage…we now manage to get the 2017 vintage with the very respectable WA95 rating and for such value at HK$620/bottle.

Contact us if you are interested in any of the above. Thank you for reading and thank you for your support. Happy drinking!!!
